Blockchain and Digital Assets
Blockchain technology has rapidly transformed markets across all sectors and created a complex domestic and international regulatory environment. We assist clients with the issuance, custody, settlement and trading in digital assets, including advice on smart contracts, issuance of tokens, ownership and value of NFTs including underlying intellectual property rights.
