Amala AI Legal Consultants Srl is an entity incorporated in March 2021 in Madrid Spain as a legal consulting firm specialized in advising online platforms, start-ups, AI developers and other companies on English and American laws governing the marketing, sale and use of artificial intelligence (AI) systems throughout the AI lifecycle, data protection and privacy as well as laws applicable to cryptoassets (including NFTs), cryptocurrency, the metaverse and automated decision-making. The complexity of the evolving regulations make them very difficult to interpret and apply to rapidly changing AI technologies. Moreover, our clients’ need to comply with regulations which change across different countries adds to the challenge. Our expertise in law and regulation as well as AI is designed to assist our clients find their way in this brave new technological era in which all companies are de-facto tech companies.
We further advise on ethical considerations designed to further the implementation of digital rights so as to enable our clients to provide trustworthy AI. Our goal is to help our clients develop an understanding of what is responsible AI and, by doing so, enable our clients to achieve market differentiation and enhance the marketing of their own products and services.
