Amala AI Legal Consultants Srl is a legal consulting firm incorporated in March, 2021 in Madrid, Spain specialized in advising clients on the complex and rapidly evolving laws on artificial intelligence (AI), cryptoassets (including NFTs), cryptocurrency, data protection and digital rights in the United Kingdom and the United States. Formed and supported by a team of lawyers each with over 25 years of experience practicing corporate law and M&A in the United Kingdom, the United States and India, AMALA is uniquely positioned to guide international clients through the regulatory maze which has quickly become the law of AI and the metaverse.
